Carroll Electric

A few of you asked about my status on facebook why I was having a bad day yesterday.
Well here it goes!!!
I have always had a problem with caroll electric but this about tops it off!
Well let me do explain and this is another form of venting also!
Last week I got my electric bill that was only $38 dollars, Boy was I excited or what. Never in my life had I ever recieved such a cheap electric bill. Well then yesterday I recieved another electric bill for $68 and some change. So I'm confused about the two different bills and two different account numbers and all. So I call carroll electric. and when I fianlly get a hold of someone, she tells me that I have 2 different accounts!!! HMMMMM, no I don't I said! Then she goes on about how I have an account at spruce and one on maple. Then I go onto telling her that we transferred our service on November 1st. That they were soppused to had shut off our service on spruce. I MEAN, SINCE WHEN AM I SOPPUSED TO TELL THE ELECTRIC COMPANY HOW TO DO THERE JOB...so anyways, I told her that I needed to speak to a supervisior, kept getting a run around. Well about after a hour of dealing with this lady, and nothing resolved she tells me that they haved to get it verified from the landlords that we did move out on the first.. I mean isin't getting your service transferred enough proof. Like I want to keep living in a house with no service. But apperently it was never shut off. Well The landlords have had construction workers and everybody and there brother over there at our old house getting it ready to sell it. And all of this time were being charged for the electric being used over there!!!

Hopefully today we can get something worked out.
But can you imagine???

When I was in the 9th grade I wanted one of those brown leather jackets that were really popular but instead my grandmother bought me this black leather jacket that had buckles and chain all over it. Needless to say I didn't wear it and she took it back and I still did not get my brown leather jacket ;o(

my grandmother left me 24 karat gold christmas ornaments when she died. And have used them the last 6 years but this year I may get new ornaments so the gold ones wont keep getting messed up with little hands all over the place.

Spend time with family and my in-laws that are coming from north carolina!!

October/November Birthdays

This time of year is very hectic. We had Christians 10th birthday in October and Logans 4th birthday 2 weeks ago and Just had Jordans 7th birthday this past saturday. Here are some pics to share!

Answered Prayers!!!!

My mom called me this morning and said that yesterday she went for a second opionion and more detailed testing. She does have a spot on her lung but it's non-maligment, which means, No cancer!!!!! I was very excited to hear such good news. And I want to thank all of you who expressed concern about my mom. And thankyou for all your prayers and ya'll mean the world to me and I'm very lucky to have a ward family like you guys!!!!

A sad day

This evening I got a phone call from my sister Savannah. Before I ever answered the phone something didn't feel right I just knew something was bad. I'm not sure if it was because the last time she called was to tell my my grandmother died, but anyways, I answered... And she said Mom has cancer.. I didn't say anything. I didnt know how. It just took me back to when I was ten. My mom had uterus cancer 19 years ago. She was in stage 5. The tumor on her uterus was the size of a baseball. They found it when she was giving birth to my youngest sister Savannah.
But although she was stage 5 of this nasty cancer she beat it. Has been in remission for I don't know how long... So now It starts all over with Lung cancer. I just feel so useless, sad, mad all off the above. She has already said that she is not doing Chemo thearpy this time. She said she done it once and is not doing it again. And feels that when it's her time to go she is going without a fight. It's so hard to even think of this and I can't imagine how she feels but she is in very good spirits. probally because im a blubberring mess for the both of us. But it's just so hard when it's your mom. And I just feel so horrible for my sister that is only 18 years old.
Hopefully we can all get threw this and see what tomorrow brings!!!

Words from my mother in law

Well like most you of I stayed up last night watching the election and hoping and praying that Mccain would pull threw but all along I just knew that Obama would win and my worst night mares came true... He won ;o( . I just sat on my couch in disbelief and just really quiet for a moment and then I had to call the one person that I am really close to and give her the news I knew she was asleep but I didn't care. My mother in law... So indeed I did wake her up and gave her the news. She said that she wasn't surprized but she also told me that this is the signs of the times and from here on out she believes that things are going to go down hill from here and urging me to get our food storage squared away, pray with your family, Do all the things that the lord wants you to do and most of all Hold your family tight and don't let go..
So I just wanted to share this message with all of you guys and pray that we will pull threw the next 4 years.....
